Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Hot water at 2-compartment sink measured at 45'C with probe thermometer
- QUATs sanitizer is measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site during inspection

Notes:
- Operator has submitted reports to the health inspector in regards to the repairs of the hot water on site
- No signature due to COVID
- Report will be emailed to the operator
