Comments

-Handwashing station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Front stand-up cooler in bar area at 9 - 10°C.
→ Do not store perishable foods (milk, cream, cut fruit) in this cooler.
→Only drinks and cut lime was stored in this cooler at the time of inspection.
-All other coolers at < 4°C
-All freezers at < -18°C
-Low temperature dishwasher final rinse at 50ppm Chlorine
-Three compartment sink available
-No signs of pests observed
-Bleach available on-site as sanitizer.

*Please remember to change fly strips more often, especially when flies start accumulating on the strip.

*Please keep a temperature log of the coolers and freezers.
