Observation: Few mice droppings noticed in the NE corner of the receiving area.
Corrective Action(s): -A special inspection must be conducted by the Pest Control contractor for proper monitoring and rectification of the issue.
-Install or repair the weather stripping underneath the receiving area door to prevent entry of pests.
-Move all dry storage shelves to inspect the floors for any signs of mice activity.
-Clean the floors throughly to remove any droppings ( Nov. 9, 2018).

Observation: Gap noticed underneath the Shipping/receiving door in both LMH main kitchen and Rosewood/Marwood ECU.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or install new weather strippign to ensure no gap exists underneath the doors to prevent entry of rodents (ASAP).

Observation:
Corrective Action(s): 1. Repair or patch broken drywall section along the West wall of the dry storage area.
2. Patch or repair the wall section near the east entrance to the tray line room.
3. Cedar Hills and Maple Hills Serveries: Repaint or cover (washable wall paper recommended) sections of the walls where the existing paint is flaking off ( By Nov. 15, 2018)

Main Kitchen:
* Remove the rusted screws from the ceiling in the main walk-in cooler (Immediately).
* Remove any staples used for displaying notices in the tray line room (Immediately).

Main walk-in cooler: 2.3 degrees C.
Walk-in freezer below 4 C.
All small walk-in coolers ( #1 to #6) below 4 C.
Sandwich preparation coolers below 4 C.
Foods being portioned on the tray line maintained at 4 C or below.
Under-counter dishwasher registered 76 C at the plate surface.
Conveyor dishwasher registered 77.2 C at the plate surface during final sanitizing rinse cycle.
Internal temperature of hot food items in the Burlodge cart registered > 74 C.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser and in spray bottles tested 200 ppm.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at all hand sinks.
Temperature logs and sanitizer logs are up to date.
Updated cleaning procedure in place to clean food delivery carts.
All staff wear hair nets and clean aprons.
