Kitchen hand sink has had both faucet and plumbing repaired. Hot & cold running water available for use When plumbing problems occur, fix them! Ice wands have been moved to one section of the chest freezer - ok, now regularly clean and sanitize this area A magnetic knife holder has been added to wall near back prep area. Use this only for clean knives as you don't want dirty knives to contaminate further cleaned knives Display cooler repaired, not yet in use. Frozen layers for food storage below 4C, air temperature higher due to lack of air flow in machine. You may resume use if product temperature can be kept below 4C
