Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops for bulk food items were covered in dirt or food debris. Scoops were also not protected from contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all scoops immediately. Store scoops inside container to protect from contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple ready to eat food items (ie gur) stored uncovered directly inside cardboard box adjacent to the cashier table and at the entrance.
Corrective Action(s): The operator removed the food items from the customer area. Store these food items in display cabinets with lids to protect from contamination.

- No signs of pest activity. Email the pest reports to the health inspector for review.
- Random food items (i.e. dairy products, prepackaged meats) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
- Dry storage area is organized and food items are kept at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor for better cleaning, air circulation, and preventing pest contamination.
