Observation: None of the staff had FoodSafe level 1 at the time of the inspection
Corrective Action(s): Operator to ensure that at least 1 staff on duty has Foodsafe level 1 or equivalent
Assistant manager stated that Foodsafe level 1 will be taken by May 10, 2019.
Meanwhile at least 1 staff with Foodsafe 1 to be scheduled to work in store at all times.

Comments

Improvement of organization for dry storage area was noted.
Sanitizer (Quaternary Ammonium) solution at 200 ppm was available in spray bottles and in buckets to store wiping rags
Monitoring records for temperature and cleaning (including sanitizer concentration check were available and up to date.
Plastic trays were placed on the racks below electronic wires and devices in dishwashing area t prevent contamination of clean dishes
Note: ensure to store personal items (cell phones and documents) away from food prep area to prevent cross contamination
Note: FoodSafe Level 1 is required for at least 1 staff at all times.
