Routine Inspection conducted today.

Washroom handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Prep cooler and domestic stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Domestic stand-up freezers at back of house measured at -18C. Chest freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher.
2-compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Bleach (chlorine) on-site. 2nd compartment sink measured at 100ppm chlorine. Chlorine sanitizer bucket in the back kitchen area measured at 200ppm.
Donair meats undergo secondary cooking steps.

Overall, facility is well organized.

Violations in report#JCHY-CEGRQR have been corrected:
-Paper towel dispenser at the handwashing sink has been serviced.
-Light in the dry storage area has been serviced.

NOTE: Operator presented invoice of registration of FOODSAFE Level 1 course to be taken on November 5, 2022. Ensure FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate is on-site at all times for inspector to validate compliance. At least one staff must be on-site at all times with valid FOODSAFE Level 1. Ensure to continually clean and sanitize premises at hard to reach areas.
