Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding for soup maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 79.4 Celsius at dish level.
All food stored in a proper manner:
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Dry storage areas clean and organized.
All chemicals stored in designated area that is separate from food storage.
Vinyl single-use gloves available.
QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles = 200 ppm.
Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored in a designated container on top of ice machine.
No signs of any pest activity at the time of inspection.
