Observation: 2-compartment sink in the back storage room had debris present on it.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the 2-compartment sink so that the debris is removed and it is in a clean condition; Correct prior to use today.

Observation: Walls near the 2-compartment sink and behind the shelving unit for disposable service utensils in the dry storage room are accumulating debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the walls to remove the debris; Correct by October 14, 2019. If the debris cannot be removed, then repaint the walls to maintain the dry storage and ware-washing room in a clean condition; Correct within 2 months.

Comments

Routine inspection:
-Walk-in-cooler and other coolers used for storage of potentially hazardous food and perishable food were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
-Dairy display cooler was at 3.8 degrees C.
-Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
-200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in a spray bottle.
-No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
-Food was stored off the floor in the food store.
-Handsinks in the front area and washroom were adequately supplied.
