Observation:
Grime build up observed inside both ice machine.
Corrective Action(s):
Turn the ice machine off. Empty all ice out. Clean & sanitize all interior surface.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- 3rd sink in the dishwashing sink has sanitizer solution at 10ppm chlorine.
- REPEAT VIOLATION: No chlorine detected from the low temperature final rinse temperature.
Corrective Action(s):
- Extra bleach was added to the third sink to increase the sanitizer concentration to 100ppm.
- Ensure dishwashing procedure ends with manual sanitizing step until the dishwasher is fixed and able to dispense 50-100ppm chlorine from the final rinse.
- Violation ticket will be issued.

Observation:
- Low temperature dishwasher does not have chlorine detected from final rinse water. No color change observed in the test strip.
Corrective Action(s):
- Repair the dishwasher. It is possible that the sanitizing chemical is worn out OR there is a blockage in the tube. Resolve the issue so that the final rinse has adqequate sanitizer concentration.
