Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Underneath the meat slicer guard and blade observed food debris. Operator informed it was first used at 9:00am. Inspection conducted in the afternoon.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned equipment. Meat slicer must be cleaned and sanitized after each use or every 2 hours of continous use which ever is lesser.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Front handwashing sink and kitchen handwashing sink that is part of the 3-compartment sink are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. QUATs spray bottle measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available.
Display coolers, walk-in coolers, and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Exhaust hood in satisfactory condition. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: When diluting bleach solution ensure it is diluted with 1 teaspoon to 1L water.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
