All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
Ice cream freezer, bread freezer and walk in freezer are -18 degrees C. or colder.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
Quat sanitizer measured 200 PPM Quat residual. Ensure that concentration is measured at 65-75 deg. F as per test strip instructions in order to achieve an accurate reading.
Dishwasher final rinse contained a 100 PPM chlorine residual.
Soups in warmers were 60 degrees C. or hotter.
Quiche in warmers were 72 degrees C.
