Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bottle of bleach sanitizer spray had 0 ppm chlorine residual.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff to use approx 1 capful of bleach per 1 liter of water. Do not use the vinegar water spray for food contact surfaces as it is not an approved commercial sanitizer and would not be sufficient to use for your food surfaces. Use the bleach solution (at 100 ppm chlorine residual) to adequately disinfect your tables, counters, etc.

Soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water available at hand sinks (one across ice cream machine, and one beside 3 compartment sink)
Ice cream freezer at -14.2 deg C
Cooler in back room at 3.7 deg C
Small undercounter cooler at 4 deg C, this cooler needs to consistently maintain a temperature of <4 deg C. As it is a relatively shallow domestic style bar fridge, it loses cold air extremely quickly and cannot keep large amounts of food/drinks cold. Monitor this cooler.
