Discussed complaint received with the manager on site. All best before dates are checked daily. All milk was stored < 4 C. An electronic system monitors all of the coolers in the store. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Pest control comes on site monthly, reports reviewed. General sanitation was satisfactory.
