-Follow-up inspection to September 11, 2019. -Technician has been on-site to service cooler twice. Cooler was disassembled and checked to ensure all parts are functional. Technician determined the cooler was in good working order. -Bottom level of the cooler is still at 6C to 8C. Top levels were at 3C to 5C. Do not use the bottom level to store any potentially hazardous foods. -Operator will contact company that manufacturers the cooler and provide an update. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
