Corrective Action(s): Refilled spray bottles with QUATS sanitizer from diversey dispenser. Do not use the Ecolab dispenser until it is repaired and able to mix a 200ppm QUATS solution

complaint inspection also conducted. operator seats people in ALL booth seats near washroom area if the store is busy, though they are seated in smaller groups. discussed that the booth seats cannot be occupied beside each other without a proper barrier as distance cannot be maintained between the customers. Operator to seal off alternating booths. Operator must also ensure that customers are screened and individuals exhibiting sings/symptoms of COVID-19 are restricted from dining in the restaurant.
