Corrective Action(s): -Remove all items stored beside hand sink and prep sink
-Install wall mounted paper towel dispenser
-post hand washing sink at all hand washing throughout facility

-Do not store clean linen/wiping rags/clean uniforms in staff washroom (corrected at time of visit)


Covid-19 safety protocols are reviewed. The following are discussed :

- Remove extra seating from facility
-Post the mx capacity on door
- keep a log sheet re: daily health screening for staff ( to be kept for at least 30 days)
-provide DIN number or verification re: Disinfectant used for hard surfaces (chair, tables/ washroom light switches, door knobs, railing to go up stair etc)
-submit a copy of revised sanitation plan (including check list of all surfaces and frequency of disinfection)

-submit a copy of Covid-19 Safety plan
