Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water, except mentioned above.
- Cooler operating at/under 4'C; freezers operating at/under -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place. Thermometers in place.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
NOTE: Ensure to have the white plastic surface inside the ice machine manually cleaned/scrubbed on a regular basis.
- 200ppm QUATS available in dishwashing sink, as well as in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted.
- General food storage practice excellent. All foods stored in pest proof containers and off the floors.
- Facility maintained in a good sanitary condition, other than areas mentioned above.
