Some of the required cleaning has been carried out. Continue tp clean floors under equipment. Bar fridge is maintaining foods at 7-9 degrees C. Continue not using for potentially hazardous food storage until it is capable of maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder. Operator still to adjust weather stripping on back door. All outstanding items to be addressed within two weeks.
