-dishwasher technician serviced machine the evening of January 10th (staff left voicemail for EHO)
-dishwasher checked at time of inspection at 50ppm chlorine
-quats dispenser checked at 200ppm
-continue to use test strips daily for both dishwasher and quats dispenser
-remind staff of corrective actions when sanitizer levels do not meet required levels
