Observation: - Rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
- Under back room storage shelves.
- Under and behind ice machine.
- Along floor/ wall edges under 2-compartment sink.
- Along floor/ wall edges under front service area equipment (prep cooler and sinks).
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean the above noted areas.
- Use 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution on affected areas (1 tsp bleach + 1 L water)
- Use glueboards and snap traps.
- Continue to monitor pest activity. It is recommended that a pest control company provide regular services.

- Food storage practices appear satisfactory - food is protected from contamination.
- Interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored inside ice machine, scoop handle not touching ice.
- 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution available for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Operator has added an attachment to the 2-compartment sink faucet so that it is functional and can be used for manual warewashing purposes.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 requirements are in compliance
- Valid Permit to Operate posted.

**Premises does not have any additional auxiliary storage space. All items must be stored at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground. All sinks must be used for their intended purposes and cannot be used for storage (handsink, blender rinse sink, prep sink, 2-compartment sink, mop sink). It is highly recommended that you obtain an auxiliary storage unit in close proximity to the premises. Future inspections identifying inadequate storage space, sanitation and/ or food safety issues will result in further enforcement action such as reducing/ limiting the menu and/ or the issuance of Correction Orders and Violation Tickets.**
