Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BAFT6E:

Code 209: Corrected: No foods were found stored in black plastic bags at time of inspection.

Code 304: Some rodent droppings still noted underneath the shelving units along the back wall and at the staff storage area (front). Operator to inspect and remove all rodent droppings in the areas mentioned.

Code 305: Back was open at time of inspection still. Discussed that the door must be kept closed at all times unless the gap under the outer door is covered with weather stripping to prevent pest entry.

Code 307: Most of the food items in the walk-in freezer were moved into plastic containers. Some foods were still in cardboard containers. Must discard all cardboard boxes and place food into plastic containers.

Code 308: Dishwasher still not meeting high temperature sanitizing requirement of 71C at the plate. Refer to correction order issued.
