ITEMS CORRECTED: - Cakes are to be stored in cooler and covered with rolling rack cover - Cakes that are non-potentially hazardous are to be covered - All food items that were contaminated by rodents were discarded by owner - Stale bread no longer stored in cardboard at room temperature - No garbage bags storing food - Rodent droppings have been removed from facility - areas sanitized - All lids on food containers - Facility has completely been cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom - EXCELLENT WORK!! New processing facility
