-Liquid soap dispensers in all handwashing sinks not dispensing liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): -Service QUATs dispenser in the re-packaging area to dispense 200ppm QUATs solution.
-Affix the handwashing sink in the re-packaging area.
-Service produce cooler to measure at 4C or lower.
-Service all liquid soap dispensers at all handwashing sinks to dispense soap.

NOTE: Ensure to label all re-packaging foods with date and location of production/packaging. Ensure all labels for frozen meats are correct to current facility. No hot-holding of samosa is to be conducted as Facility is permitted for re-packaging and meat processing only.
