Name change occurred - First Choice Pizza (formerly Top in Town).
No other changes (i.e. same ownership, menu, procedures).
Hand delivered health permit to operate.
-Post in plain public view. Left permit for other location (South Fraser Way). This must be posted at other location.
Provided ware washing sign for posting at 3 comp sink.
Observations:
*Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Ensure to maintain constant supply in dispensers at all times.
*Walk-in cooler at 4 deg C.
*Freezer at -18 deg C.
*Concentrated bleach available (used as sanitizer).
*No pests noted at time of visit.
*General sanitation was satisfactory.
