Routine inspection - Hand washing stations provided with food operated faucet for hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Food in walk-in cooler measured at or below 40F. lighting inside the cooler was adequate. Thermometer noted in the unit. Temperature monitoring log kept updated. - Pizza make line coolers measured at or below 40F(4 Degree C). Food in inserts measure at or below 4C. Thermometer noted. - Hot holding and time-temperature discussed with manager. - Sanitizer QUAT 200-400 ppm available in spray bottles. - 3- comp sink maintained. Dishware washing discussed. - Low-temp dishwasher final rinse had 50-100 ppm chlorine residue. Test strips noted. Ensure to test the DW daily and keep records. - No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date. - Customer and staff washrooms maintained clean. General sanitation is overall very good.
