Routine Inspection Comments -All coolers below 4C - All freezers below -18C -No expired infant products observed at the time of inspection -QUATS sanitizer in the janitarial room was 200ppm -Staff washroom equipped with hot/cold water liquid hand soap and paper towels -temperature log up to date -No sign of pest activity at tht time of inspection Notes: -Ensure frozen salon in walk in freezer are placed in a designated area to prevent cross-contamination -Acquire a new QUAT test strip -Enure any spills in the cooler are being cleaned up in a timely manner. -Ensure all food items are stpred at least 6inches/ 15cm off the floor insde the walk-in freezer
