Warm running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels available for hand washing in processing areas. General sanitation satisfactory. No pest concerns noted. Temperatures are monitored and logged electronically. Freezers measured at less than -18 degrees C. Premises is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
