The following items have been observed: -->Display cooler is only for non potentially hazardous foods (ie. bottled beverages, whole fruits, whole vegetables) -->Potentially hazardous foods such as packaged salads will now be stored in walk-in cooler -->Operator could not find receipt for foods with no labels - foods with a held sticker must be discarded -->Operator is aware to only purchase foods with labels from now on -->Droppings in facility have been removed -->Pest control company has been contacted and will start visit this week -->Operator has decided to keep area outside back door as additional storage - Submit an updated plan reflecting the proposed change Note: Ensure flooring at the new area should be durable, easily cleaned, and impervious to moisture.
