Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-CAVPUF of Jan-21-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Substantial mould build up observed in top side portion of ice maker. Unit was turned off at time of inspection by Manager. Correction: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the top portion of the ice maker. This must be done on a regular basis ie quarterly. Decal on unit states it was last serviced in october 2020.
