Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front door noted to be open at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): Keep the front door closed or provide air curtain, full screen etc to prevent pest entry to the facility.

Observation: Poor cleaning is noted for floor throught the production area- specially dishwashing area, under coolers and working table.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the entire floor in porduction area.

Observation: -Massive ice build up noted in walk-in freezer shelf below fan and floor.
-Ice machine door is broken.

Comments

-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at sinks
-Quats sanitizer in buckets >200ppm- ensure to rinse cloths prior to storing in sanitizer
- Good personal hygiene noted- recommended hair net for staff
- Accurate thermometers are provided
-Temp of all coolers and freezer are satisfactory
-Dishwasher temp >71 at plate after 2 runs

* Fruit flies noted around dishwashing area- monitor and correct the issue.
*Ensure to store all products in sealed bin- after opening any dry goods bags
* Ensure to seal/cover any holes or missing tiles
* Temp log sheet is on site- ensure to record all monitoring data with proper dates (missing some dates)
