Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary manner. Facility has upgraded its' cabinets and will be upgrading the stove for a similar one. -Handwash station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water -All coolers are at 4C -Freezer units are at satisfactory temperatures -Dry storage is okay. Ensure all foods are stored above the ground at least 15cm above. -High temperature dishwasher achieves 75.9C (71C minimum) at plate leve -Bleach sanitizer solution in a labelled bottle acheives 200ppm Chlorine -Pest company is contracted monthly
