Comments

Ice machine has been properly cleaned and ice scoop hung on the inside. Buckets of noodles/veggies in the kitchen are stored on a circular dollies. Bleach sanitizer already made, at 100ppm and wiping clothes are stored inside. Inserts of sauces are submerged in ice water bath, maintaining food content at 4C. No other concerns noted.
