- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle available at 200 ppm (Quats).
- Bleach solution is also used for sanitizing dishes at three-compartment sink.
- Three-compartment sink is shared with front service area. Sinks were clean and drain plugs were available.
- Both walk-in coolers measured at 4C or colder
- Both walk-in freezers measured at -18C or colder
- Dry ingredient bins and production equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
