-Observed 1 sanitizer spray bottle as 0ppm Quats. Operator replaced spray bottle with Quats solution at 200ppm. -Bucket solution was found at 200ppm Quats. -Beverage cooler found at 2.8°C -Walk-in cooler found at 3.4°C -Walk-in freezer found at -18°C -Prep cooler found at 3.6°C -Hot holding unit found at 61°C -Temperature logs for coolers and freezers present and recorded daily -Food found in walk-in coolers and freezers is organized and covered -No sign of pests at time of inspection -FoodSafe certifications are on-site and up-to-date. -Operating permit is prominently displayed -All hand-sinks had the following: liquid soap, paper towel & hot/cold water. -Overall cleanliness is satisfactory. -Observed adequate and frequent hand washing procedures.
