Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # AJON-CCCW3L of Mar-09-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: - No liquid soap in the dispenser at the back hand washing station. A refill jug of soap is available, however there is no pump or easy way to obtain the liquid soap without restrictions. - No paper towels available in the dispenser at the back hand washing station. A roll of paper towels was provided to the EHO at the time of inspection. - Paper towels not placed in a dispenser at the front hand washing station. Correction: - Refill dispenser for liquid soap at the back hand washing station. - Refill dispenser for paper towels at the back hand washing station. - Place paper towels in a dispenser at the front hand washing station. Ensure all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap in a dispenser, paper towels in a dispenser and hot/cold running water at all times.

Follow-up Inspection: - Front and back hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Liquid soap and paper towels are in dispensers for both hand sinks. - Concentration of QUAT sanitizer in bucket and spray bottle = 200 ppm. Ensure to change sanitizer in bucket frequently throughout the day (at least every 2 hours). Continue to keep wiping cloth in sanitizer solution. - Permit to Operate is posted. Note: there has been a Change of Directors, however legal ownership remains the same. Operator has provided copy of Notice of Articles for this change. Thank you for your efforts.
