Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-CDTNTQ of Apr-25-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Sanitizing sink has a slow leak as stopper is not adequate for that sink due to slightly larger diameter drain than the adjacent sink. Correction: Switch sinks as discussed when warwashing. Source a larger stopper for the larger diameter sink drain.
