Handwash station: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available
Freezer: -19C
Food storage is adequate
Dishwasher (high temp): 75.4C at plate, thermolabel displaced
Drain plugs available at two compartment sinks
Bleach sanitizer available with labelled spray bottle and mixing tools
*reminder it is 1/4 tsp bleach to the spray bottle onsite, demonstrated mixing instruction to staff onsite (100ppm)
No apparent signs of pest noted during time of inspection
General sanitation is good
No food prep at time of inspection

**VGFB is no longer using kitchen onsite.
***Please relocate probe thermometers as this is needed to check safe temperatures
