Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 247310 of Jul-12-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Observed QUATS surface sanitizer to be registering 100ppm in a few solution bottles. Correction: Correction: Ensure solution is changed and solution is registering at 200ppm. Verify using test strips. Operator has called maintenance. Check manufacturers' instructions for sanitizing solution as a temporary measure, to ensure surface adequatley sanitized.

Follow-up inspection completed. - Corrected violation 302. Technician called and sanitizer dispenser adjusted. QUATS solution meausring at 400ppm in a few bottles, these diluted and tested to ensure at 200ppm - Sanitizer to be monitored and adjusted as required to ensure a QUATS solution of 200ppm.
