Observation: The following items require sealing to ensure that they are smooth and easy to clean:
-The brick added next to the deep fryers. The operator suggested painting the bricks.
- A small amount of exposed drywall was visible around the cook line.
- Apply caulking to the gap at the 2-compartment sink in the bar to ensure that it fully seals with the wall.
- Shelving above the prep coolers in the kitchen must be painted/ replaced.

Comments

-The operator intends to add beer on tap. Submit new floor plans for the changes to Fraser Health. An inspection will need to take place after the changes are completed.
-Ensure that all food is kept in pest proof containers.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher and the glass washer both reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Bleach was at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests, traps on site.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
