Observation: 1. Rodent droppings observed throughout facility.
2. Unlabelled plates of white powder observed throughout facility. Some dishes of powder has spilt and cover food products. Staff onsite stated he was unaware of what the powder is.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Follow pest control company's instructions on cleaning rodent droppings. It is not recommended to clean using a broom or vacuum. Clean and sanitize all areas affected.

2. Ask owner/pest control company what white powder is. If unable to identify, discard safely while wearing appropriate protective equipment as this may be poison. Discard all product that has come into contact with powder.

Observation: Heavy build up of rodent droppings observed throughout warehouse area of facility. High counts of droppings under pallets of all three aisles, and some on top of products and shelving.
Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control company for service immediately. Follow all recommendations from professional pest control company. If none provided, ask for recommendations. Please provide pest control reports to your district inspector at Tyler.Chan@fraserhealth.ca.

All dried goods stored on racks above the ground
