Following corrections are made: Cleaning has been done in the cabinets, storage racks and electrical panel floor. Cockroaches are still observed on glue traps but only a few. Pest control report form Feb 3, 2023 was provided and reviewed. Report indicates that insect monitors were installed. Freezer cover panel is switched to a plastic panel. All handsinks are fully equipped. *Some more food & grease debris observed underneath the cook line. Ensure this gets cleaned. Continue to maintain sanitation to prevent pest. Keep monitoring their activity and consider removing the whole wooden cabinet unit attached to the freezer if no improvement is seen.
