Overall sanitation is satisfactory Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold running water available at all sinks Three compartment sink used for manual ware washing Chlorine sanitizer was not available at the time of visit as they just opened for the day. Bleach was available on site and when inquired, operator was able to provide an adequate ratio of bleach and water for a proper chlorine sanitizer. All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection. *Items that are not in use should be removed; dough mixer was being used as a storage as it is not being used. Remove the dough mixer and put a storage shelf to organize. **Observed a sign saying 'new menu items.' When inquired, they are just different variations of the existing menu. For example, adding a replacing a flavour with another.
