Also, tags are placed on each rack to indicate the time of disposal (one rack was missing tag, please provide a tag) Stickers in use (Keep me refrigerated or eat me now) Savory items are discarded at end of day as discussed. Cream cheese icing has been tested and report submitted to our office. Time tracking has since stopped before followup.
