General sanitation excellent. 2-compartment sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Domestic refrigerator cooler noted at 4C or below, freezer noted at -18C or below. 2 washrooms noted in sanitary condition. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Premises is rented out to patrons, who bring their own food, dishware, and food equipment on site. Operator to ensure food-grade sanitizer is available for food contact surfaces when premises is in use. A mild bleach solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water.
