1-door upright stainless 3 deg C 1-door upright freezer -19 deg C High temperature washer not warmed up at time of inspection -left thermolabel to be emailed later today for temperature reading after warming up the machine (at least an hour) Handwash sinks paper towels dispensed, pumped soap and clear for use Bleach sanitizer spray >100ppm as per test strips General sanitation excellent no signs of pests NOTE: operator should be placing mechanical traps for rodents and cockroaches if there is no professional pest control in place -such as sticky, live, snap traps (no poisons inside)
