All freezers at adequate temperature - products stored in frozen states. Item storage practice in the back area is adequate (items >15cm off the floor). Note: Clean any spilled foods (e.g., soy sauce, dried ingredients, etc.) promptly. Routinely check and remove any dented cans from shelves.
