Routine Inspection conducted today for Produce, Meat Department, Seafood Department.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Meat and Produce Department chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sinks in meat/seafood/produce department available, produce sink available.
Stand-up coolers, walk-in cooler, display cooler other than the one mentioned are measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is well organized.
