Follow up to initial inspection: 252174 -Hand sink had hot/cold water. -200ppm chlorine available for 3 compartment sink and in spray bottle. -No unnecessary equipment in facility. -Front display freezers had temperature of -18C or below. *One display freezer had recently been cleaned and was 10C - do not use until temperature gets to -18C. -Facility was clean and organized. -All violations corrected from previous inspection. Health approval granted. *Please note that this does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other agencies.
