> Running hot and cold water is available.
> Handwash stations are fully supplied.
> High temperature dishwasher had final rinse temperature of 78.0C.
> 200ppm QUATS sanitizer available in sani buckets and from 3 compartment sink. Ensure sani buckets are refilled when required or once solution becomes cloudy.
> All coolers (walk-in, prep coolers, milk/creamer dispense) measured 4C or colder.
> Walk-in freezer measured -18C.
> All hot holding (potato wedges, chicken strips, soups, chili) measured above 60C.
> Ice machine and ice bin are in sanitary condition. Scoop stored outside of the bins.
> Pest control services are provided monthly by Orkin. Report from August reviewed - service is being provided for flies.
> Health permit is posted.

Note:
> Pastries and donuts that were being stored on rolling racks to refill display cases could potentially become contaminated by flies. Staff have been asked to cover these with cling wrap while stored here before taking out to display.
> There is a significant presence of flies throughout the facility. Pest control services are being provided for this issue. Facility has obtained an adequate back up supply of sticky fly traps that are being changed at least daily.
